Pharmaxis Files Lawsuit Against NovaQuest

Pharmaxis today announced that on 1 August 2014 (US time) it filed a lawsuit against NovaQuest Pharma Opportunities Fund III, L.P. ("NovaQuest") in response to an attempt by NovaQuest to back out of its funding obligations under the Financing Agreement signed in January 2013 between Pharmaxis and NovaQuest.
