Pharmaxis has since 2008 produced two distinct reports each year. The Annual Review is a concise report which includes highlights of the year's progress, an update of our products in development, an overview of operations and summary financial data. The Statutory Annual Report is an expansive document (144 pages in 2009) that combines all of Pharmaxis statutory annual reporting and disclosure requirements in the one document. A number of disclosures previously required by our U.S. Nasdaq listing have been retained in this comprehensive report.
