Pharmaxis today filed its 2011 Statutory Annual Report with the ASX.

The report will be distributed to shareholders on 18 October together with the notice of meeting for the 2011 annual general meeting, to be held at the Intercontinental, Corner of Phillip and Bridge Streets Sydney NSW on 21 November 2011 at 2.30pm Australian Eastern Daylight Time.
