Company History
Founded in 1998, Pharmaxis was listed on the Australian Stock Exchange in 2003 (symbol PXS), and on the NASDAQ (symbol PXSL) in 2005.
Headquartered in Sydney at its TGA-approved manufacturing facilities, Pharmaxis has grown to become among Australia’s largest life sciences companies, with offices in the US, UK and China.
A new 7,000 square metre factory and headquarters is under construction in Frenchs Forest, Sydney, in preparation for the launch of Bronchitol to overseas markets.
